You do need rules, right?

Rules are what you need to follow, or a certain guidelines when making or following a particular process. Well, rules can be applied ALMOST anywhere in our daily lives, and it' does not always be limited to laws, right?

In my own family,for example, we have our own certain guidelines on how you would behave when you’re getting scolded, or how you should react to certain situations.

It happened during this one time, when I was little that my mother used to take my sisters to local playgrounds and when I was about their age I didn’t get the same chance. Made me furiously mad, even for a child. It was hard to understand it at that time, but as I was growing older, I soon learned that it turned out to be my mother was and still now afraid of driving cars. She said:

“I’ve depended too much on your Father that I simply forgot how to drive a car”

Well, I can’t really blame her now, can I? But it doesn’t mean that I didn’t get the chance at all to go out and enjoy the outdoors.

Rule number 1: Don’t get mad and be a lot more patient. Especially if you’re young.

Now that I’m here in Subang Jaya. It doesn’t make any much of a different at all. I still have to wait for the bus, regardless of the time. If I don’t want to compete with each other to get the bus early in the morning then I have to wake up earlier than others to catch up the bus. Not a good way to start your day right? I know.

Same goes when it’s time to go back. Busses only arrive at designated times but it sometime failed to obey the agreement made.

If you arrive at the same time with 2-3 busses at Casa Subang. Please start running, or you’ll have to wait patiently again for the lifts. And to add it up, those nurses do really have a annoying idea of going to first floor and came back down to the ground floor for the sake of getting the lifts to themselves.

Be prepared, they come in large numbers.

Rule number 2: No matter what time you came back to Casa Subang, you still need to compete for the lifts.

It’s proven that rules apply to almost anywhere. Even MasterCard can’t handle it.

Banyak Jalan, Banyak Pengalaman. (kata oranglah…)

Hari Jumaat lepas, penulis dari college terus ke Masjid dan dari Masjid terus ke stesen Komuter. Kakak kesayangan penulis datang dari Kerteh bersama-sama anak kecilnya, Harith, (penulis menghadapi masalah dengan pronunciation…haih) dan juga Abang ipar. Setiap kali jumpa dengan mereka pasti makan sedap-sedap. Itulah tujuan utama sebenarnya.. haha.

Perjalanan macam biasa.. naik itu… turun dari situ.. naik balik kat sana.. peninglah jalan-jalan dekat kl nih. Sampai je dekat Ampang Park terus jalan straight ke KLCC, padahal dari Ampang Park punya station tu boleh je direct masuk hotel tu.. Penulis round-round dah satu area tu.. telefon kakak, dia cakap masuk KLCC, pastu lalu dekat Taman KLCC, pastu lalu dekat Masjid tu.. baru nampak hotel dia.. penat je penulis berjalan.. dahla pakai baju Melayu pulak tu.. adeh..

Sebenarnya tanggal 12 April 2009 merupakan ulangtahun penulis yang ke-19, and now I’m officially 19 this year. Go, Chom, you’re getting older and therefore more responsibilities.

And how I’m very grateful of having many kinds of friends.Takkah sedih time besday korang sendiri, takde orang yang nak ingat lagi lah nak ambik tahu? Nasib penulis ada kawan-kawan yang tak lupa birthday penulis, especially Faynatic’s (Izzat orang pertama membuat wish.. wahhh.. terharu penulis). Tak lupa jugak yang buat wish dekat facebook.. sangat appreaciate all those wishes. It made my day. LOL :)

Kabinet oh Kabinet

Pagi tadi sebaik sahaja penulis tiba di perkarangan kolej, penulis segera mendapatkan senaskah surat khabar The Sun. Sebagai seorang pelajar yang mengambil jurusan undang-undang, penulis dapat merasakan kepentingan untuk mengambil tahu tentang hal ehwal semasa politik di Malaysia, walaupun apa yang penulis belajar selama ini adalah mengenai pembentukan undang-undang dan kerajaan di Australia, tapi alah, lebih kurang sahaja Malaysia dengan Australia. Kedua-duanya pernah dimiliki oleh British dan kedua-duanya mengambil contoh pembentukan kerajaan British dan mengadaptasinya dalam pembentukan kerajaan masing-masing. Okay, sudah-sudah pasal pelajaran Sejarah pada kali ini.

Hari ini, terpampang di dada-dada akhbar bahawa Perdana Menteri ke-6 sudah mengumumkan barisan menterinya untuk kabinet di bawah pimpinannya. Jujur, penulis berasa sangat teruja untuk mengetahui pertukaran yang telah dilakukan oleh Datuk Seri Najib. Mungkin dengan perubahan yang dilakukan akan membawa perubahan kepada Malaysia dan sekaligus dapat membangunkan Malaysia dengan jayanya?

Dengan mengurangkan jumlah Portfolio, tentu dapat menjimatkan perbelanjaan (mungkin jugak tidak, rasuah masih berleluasa, malah mungkin dapat menaikkan lagi perbelanjaan negara?). Di dalam senarai barisan menteri itu, penulis dapat mengecam beberapa muka yang tidak lagi asing dan juga beberapa muka baru yang di naikkan pangkatnya. Mungkin perdana menteri yang baru ini tahu apa yang dibuatnya tetapi kita juga ada hak untuk mengkritik segala perbuatannya, tidak? Dia telah mendapat mandat rakyat jadi dia harus berkerja demi rakyat, bukan?

Penulis tidak berniat untuk menunding jari malah memihak mana-mana pihak.

Bagi penulis, pemerintah haruslah telus dalam memerintah sesebuah negara. Dia memegang satu amanah yang sangat besar nilainya.

Dan ini adalah satu lumrah bagi manusia, apabila mendapat wang dan kuasa, mereka akan sengaja membutakan hati mereka. Yang baik pun boleh jadi jahat dan ini kerana mereka tamakkan harta dan kuasa.

Flock together eh?

Is it just me or that you guys somehow in the randomness while enjoying your walk that you happen to meet group of hot boys or hot girls flocking together? This happens especially if you went to the mall with your friends and all of sudden, these hot chicks, walk past you and you yourself can't help it but to stare in great awe. Unless you think you're in the plastic-like dramas such as the O.C and GossipGirl, which I think you don't, this kind of thing is rather unsoundly, don't you think?

Unless you star in this kind of drama, I don't think it could happen in any way.

Doesn't that bother you somehow?

Personally, I think it bothers me a little bit since I always wonder how such miracles always work in the first place.

Do they do walk-in-interviews before letting people join them?

Do they need to fill up forms?

Anyway, I won't find out until we get to know them right? I guess it's true that birds of the same species flock together, or at least I think it is.

Saying YES! YES! YES! to Fighting HIV

It's quite the buzz in Taylor's when the news that MTV Asia's VJ Utt is coming to host the YES! YES! YES! to Fighting HIV. Let me repeat myself boys and girls, MTV Asia's VJ Utt came to Taylor's on 3rd April. There weren't many people around since (yes, I know. VJ Utt's coming and no one is around, how weird is that right?). I think I can particularly blame the management of the event and at the same time the class schedule! Arrghh.. I was about to miss the whole thing you know.

Luckily, my wise classmates mentioned about a meeting with the sponsors around 3.30 p.m. I'm late for the show for around 30 minutes or so. Goodness, I must walk damn fast I'd say. Can you imagine, 2 hours of Economic, non-stop. I almost puke when the first day I got to read the new schedule. Come on, can you guys keep your concentration for 2 hours straight? I don't think so.

And there he was. My Idol. Hehe. And he's looking great like usual and he did look different a little bit though. than he was in the show. Quite a shame though, since he was there for around half and hour or so, and no one is allowed to take pictures with him too. Hurm. It's bad enough that the Body Shoppe lady who sold the butter shea lip balms claimed that anyone who bought their products will be able to take pictures with VJ Utt. It's not that I bought one, mind you, it's just that one of my friends bought it and she felt disappointed since she was quite excited to take pictures with Utt himself.

Anyway, it was a blast although the rain limits the time and my meeting with the sponsorship unit.

Take Me Granted Not

I’m already at wit’s end. Yes, I am. I’m confused, and yet I’m aware of the changes that is happening around me. Do they figured it out already? No, they are the most insensitive human I’ve ever known. Very inhumane sometimes too.

I’m at loss now. They called me friend, so did I to them. But “friends” doesn’t only come to you when there’s problem, you see, but they also come to you when there’s something good to share too. And they don’t stare at you in the morning like you are some stranger. And they never take granted for things you had done for them. That is what I see and believe in having “friends” all this time.

I compromised too much. A little bit too much. Even we’re so close, you never realised. Right? Well, that's what make you “you” in the first place.

I don’t expect much. You’re just too vain to understand anyway.
